Letting go of some responsibility and micro-management is so important to the success of your business. Having someone that you can trust to take over that responsibility is even more important!
7. Encourage your Employees to Grow
As an employer in the professional world, sometimes you need to be a good role model, and allow your employees to grow and explore their personal goals, without making them fear for their current career with your business.
8. Cash Flow is Crucial
"Obviously, money in your pocket is always the best case scenario. But sometimes, when it’s in your pocket all at once, it doesn’t stay there long — especially when you’re a young business and you haven’t quite earned your stripes in money management."
9. Genuinely help solve problems and be rewarded
Keeping your noes to the grindstone and thinking out of the box can be extremely helpful and important to a business--especially start up businesses. Don't be afraid to reach out for help and some problem solving started!
10. Keep Taking Out the Trash
This one can have many meanings. Literally, taking out the trash is humbling, especially for a CEO or employer--no one wants to do it, but it must be done. But also, be grateful that there is trash to take out, and that you can take out the trash (definitely check out the "read more" button for a more in-depth explanation).
