Worth it?
Is an MBA program worth it? I guess I just don't know how much it will add to my resume, or if employers will really take it into consideration when applying? Does anyone have any experience in MBA and have any advice?

Preet - we are doing a webinar "The MBA Value Proposition" on July 26th. You should definitely go to it! https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/5405424937506085122.
In terms of your personal background, since it appears you don't have a ton of work experience, you are in a paradox. It will likely help you a lot, especially going to a top 50 program, but you may struggle to get in without more work experience (i.e. 2 to 5 years). The MBA adds a level of training, credibility, access, and a network to position you well towards achieving your goals. But, you need to plan well for the school that is right for you. Fill in a bit more on your profile and let me know and I'll give you a bit more insight.
