Blair Webb Options Hi! So, I'm planning on applying to about 8 schools. Do I need to visit all 8 schools I apply to? I know I should but I'm afraid it'll be expensive, going to all of these schools for visits... #University {{ 1469033734594+1-1 | date : 'short' }} my Sunny Ng , jailynne and 1 other user like this

anonymous Hey Blair! While it may be beneficial to visit multiple colleges (for a means of experience comparison), I'd advise that it's not absolutely necessary to visit every college you apply to. You're right: it can be really expensive! Nowadays, you can access online resources directly on a school's website--most have a virtual tour that will give you a flavor of what campus might be like. If you do choose to visit a few, check out this blog post on planning the perfect college visit: http://blog.admit.me/10-tips-for-the-perfect-college-visit/
