Law School Debt -- A Problem That Hasn't Found a Solution
#Law @Jennie Rothman What do you think of the ABA Task Force's recommendations regarding reforming the financial structure of funding a legal education?
- Too Many Law Students, Too Few Legal Jobs
- Law schools have been able to raise tuition while producing twice as many graduates as the job market has been able to absorb.
- Jennie Rothman expert Law school debt is a serious problem for new lawyers and a deterrent for many students considering law school. I agree with the article that the ABA Task Force's recommendations alone will not change the situation. Law schools don't have any incentive to solve this problem; that must change.
