anonymous Essays Hello, after browsing some MBA applications, I've realized that more often or not, there is frequently a question that addresses your strengths/weaknesses in some manner. What is the best way to approach your weaknesses without talking yourself down? Thank you. #MBA {{ 1527861723165+1-1 | date : 'short' }} my anonymous , anonymous and 3 other users like this

anonymous Previously, I've been told to consider a weakness you have had semi-recently and analyze how you have worked to improve on it. This shows that you acknowledge you are flawed, but are actively working to better yourself! {{ 1527865349095+1-1 | date : 'short' }} my anonymous , T.Aj and 1 other user like this

anonymous I hate being asked about weaknesses! Feels like a total trap. Great question, man {{ 1527865987475+1-1 | date : 'short' }} Share Facebook Twitter LinkedIn
Kofi Kankam expert Ding ding ding! We have a winner in....Kendall! Basically, the trick to this question is that if you are aware of a weakness, then you need to demonstrate that you have starting working to address it. Equally importantly, if you can demonstrate that when you encountered a difficult situation when that weakness would have surfaced, but now it didn't b/c you've mitigated the weakness, that is a true win. {{ 1528118141160+1-1 | date : 'short' }} my anonymous , anonymous like this Share Facebook Twitter LinkedIn
