We all know the schools that come out on top in world university rankings: Harvard, Yale, MIT and a smattering of venerable British institutions like Oxford and Cambridge. American institutions always dominate the rosters. But adventurous American and British students open to a challenging international experience should consider a list released today: the Times Higher Education 100 Under 50. It’s a tally of the 100 top universities in the world that are less than 50 years old, put out for the last four nears by Times Higher Education (THE), a weekly London magazine that tracks the higher ed market.
